Mail-In Services

Bio-Tek Services, Inc provides fast turn-around time with your pipette service, usually 24-48 hours from once we receive them to when they are on the way back to you. The cost for complete service, calibration and certification for a single-channel pipette is $15 per instrument and $45 per multi-channel instrument.

Price INCLUDES Seal and O-ring replacement.

Complete cleaning and reconditioning.

Six month warranty on parts and calibration.

Certificate of accuracy.

Validation/Compliance Reports, $10 per instrument (8 and 12 multi-channels $35 per instrument).

"As-Found" data, $5 per instrument (8 and 12 multi-channels $15 per instrument).

Replacement parts necessary for repair are competively priced and usually stocked.

Please include a few disposable tips that are commonly used in your lab.

All instruments must be free of contaminants, radioactivity and biohazards

Free RETURN shipping on service of 20 or more. On service of 50+ pipettes, ALL shipping is paid (UPS or FedEx Ground, if EXPRESS is required, the difference is added to invoice).
